Coming Up With a Design Concept
The first step is already completed. You've come to our showroom and received our welcome package. Our consultant will pass your contact information along to your designer, who will be with you every step of the way. Read through this package carefully and fill out the forms we've made to help your designer get to know you and what you want.
Initial Design Consultation
Call our office at 389-9295 when you're ready to make an appointment for your initial design consultation. Bring all your notes and ideas with you. Make a list of what items are important to you, and what would be nice to have. Be prepared to spend 30 minutes to an hour with your designer.
Preliminary Design and Estimate
A preliminary design and estimate will be prepared for you by your designer over the following weeks. Once the initial plans are ready, your designer will be in touch with you.
Completing the Design and Putting it into Production
During the revision stage, you and your designer will work together to create a project that fits your specifications perfectly. You should be aware that these revisions may increase or decrease the price you were originally quoted in your estimate.
If you wish to meet with your designer during this time, it is important that you make an appointment. Our designers are very busy, and are frequently out of the office performing site consultations. By making an appointment, you are ensuring that your designer will be able to set aside a block of time just for you.
During this phase, your designer will make a trip to your home to make final measurements. Once you and your designer are happy with your final design, you will sign off on the project. A 40% deposit is required to set an installation date, which will be about 6-8 weeks after we receive payment. At this point, your design cannot be changed. The wood, hardware, countertop, and other features of your project will be ordered, and your plan will be put into production.
You will receive a phone call from us about a week prior to your installation date to confirm that everything is on schedule.
Delivery and Installation
Upon delivery of your cabinets, we require payment of 50% of the total cost. Once the cabinets are installed, we require the balance of the cost (10%).
